How to keep a password for Word/Excel/Ppt files...?

Here you go....

- Create a document....

- While saving the document, click on "tools" button of the "Save As" dialog box, then choose the "General Options" ...
- It will prompt you to enter for the password to open and password for modify.

- Save your file. Its done!
