Oracle Certification program is for oracle professionals offered by Oracle Corporation.
This can divided into three levels,
OCA (Oracle Certified Associate ) ,
OCP (Oracle Certified Professional ) and
OCM (Oracle Certified Master )
OCA can be taken by junior team members and it is like foundation.
Others with knowledge of oracle can also try for this exam.
OCP is for programmers and senior programmers, who have got enough experience in oracle.
OCM is for the people, who has experience on a wide variety of topics in oracle database.
By August 2007 there were 42000 professionals in India.Now it might have crossed 50000. When you say certification.
