GMail - People Widget

The “People Widget” makes every conversation you have in GMail and yanks(pull) the people out of that conversation, and puts them on the right side of your email. To understand in easier way here is sample pic below. And with this feature we can easily go to the selected feature either chat / mail / buzz of the particular persons.
