For Facebook if click in the browser like http://facebook.com/shar939 it will display the Profile page of that particular user name.
Then what about Google + ??

Jus simply open the gplus.to site and paste your Profile ID number of Google Plus account and give the nickname to get a unique profile name as facebook. To get your ID just check like below.
